Recently, Alexandra has also been called upon to speak to corporate C-suite audiences and Baby Boomer and Generation X managers about intergenerational talent issues.  Specifically, she teaches strategies for working effectively with the new crop of twenty-somethings – known as the Millennials – that in the next 5-10 years will make up the majority of the workforce.
